Mr. Kochouseph was optimistic about the changes taking place in the State as many companies are investing in Kerala now. Pointing out that there was no major strike over the bonus issue, he said industrial relations have improved in the State.

Recalling his own experiences, Mr.Kochouseph said globalisation had not been an impediment to growth. Adopting appropriate strategies to deal with emerging situations was vital in the modern scenario. His company had started outsourcing from the very beginning, he said.
