The first look of south Indian actor Nani's next Gang Leader was released on July 15. The actor tweeted the poster with a caption reading, "Revengers Assemble" that is clearly a pun on Captain America's famous line from the Avengers f ranchise.

Gang Leader will release across the country on August 30. It is directed by south Indian filmmaker Vikram Kumar of Manam and 24 fame and produced by Mythri Movie Makers.

Earlier last week, Nani announced on Twitter with a pre-look poster that the film’s first look would be out on July 15, the first song on 18th, and that the teaser would come out on the 24th. The film stars Nani and Priyanka Arul Mohan in the lead roles, while Anirudh Ravichander will be composing music for the project.

He captioned the post that is a ‘pre-look’ showing six hands placed atop one another, “We met, we are ready, we are the gang, and I am the gang leader.”

The ‘Natural Star’ as he’s known has already tasted success this year with his earlier film Jersey. The actor is also voicing Simba in the Telugu version of The Lion King adaptation that is releasing next week in India.

Others like Karthikeya, Lakshmi, Saranya and Aneesh Kuruvilla are also part of the cast of the movie.
