Season of tastes: time for some lip-smacking delicacies

Food lovers in the city are in for a treat. Quite a few hotels are organising food festivals with different themes to draw the attention of customers for relishing lip-smacking dishes from different cuisines. Irrespective of the category, premium hotels are organising food festivals, including traditional and international cuisines and are offering attractive offers for their customers.

The Gateway Hotel is organising Chinese Autumn Moon Food festival offering Chinese pizza, spicy corn kennels, mushroom momos, manchow soups, hakka noodles and other dishes during the festival, which will commence from Sunday.

The festival is organised in connection with the harvest festival celebrations of Chinese and Vietnamese people. Taste buds can relish both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes from a menu featuring more than 50 varieties, including starters, soups, main course and desserts, explains Sumanji Tiwari, General Manager of The Gateway Hotel. “During the festival, which will be conducted for 15 days, taste buds can enjoy the popular Chinese moon cake as desert. The festival is open only for dinner,” said Mr. Tiwari.

For those, who like traditional food, Hotel Marg Krishnaaya is conducting Godavari food festival from Saturday. The hotel is offering different dishes like Miryala Mamsum fry, Vellilupai kodi, Keema wadalu and Koramenu cheap vepudu.
