As the hunt intensifies to track four-year-old Sridhar Murugan, who went missing from Chennai Central on the morning of May 3, Government Railway Police has now announced rewards for anyone providing valuable information leading to the boy or the woman suspected to have kidnapped him.

GRP teams had earlier released the CCTV footage of a middle-aged woman clad in a red sari, carrying an infant and hastily walking away with little Sridhar from platform number 14.

But the woman vanished into the crowd.

Police search parties attempting to locate the woman or the child have proved futile so far.
