Jayciana, the annual cultural festival of JSS Science and Technology University (formerly SJCE), will commence from Friday.
The inauguration will be marked by a musical performance by Vasishta Simha, actor and singer. The first day will also see a concert by playback singer Prakriti Kakar. On the second day, the festival will feature a performance by Indian DJ/Producer duo Lost Stories. On the final day, there will be a concert by Chetas, a Bollywood DJ and a music producer.
A cyclothon on April 14 to raise awareness about breast cancer, and a marathon on April 15 to support women’s empowerment are other activities that will be held as part of the festival. More than 20,000 students will take part.
