VIT made IET academic affiliate

Can collaborate with foreign varsities

VIT has been made the academic affiliate of the United Kingdom-based Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET).

Through this affiliate partnership, VIT can increase collaborations with international universities and enable their faculty members enhance their skill sets. S. Raghavan, regional head, IET India, handed over the affiliation certificate to G. Viswanathan, chancellor of VIT recently. Among others, G. V. Selvam, vice-president, S. Narayanan, pro vice-chancellor and N. Ruban, professor in-charge of IET-VIT were present, according to a press release.
