66 Indian pilgrims die

MECCA, MARCH 3. Sixty-six elderly Indians died of natural causes so far during the Haj pilgrimage which began today with a ritual trek to the nearby Mina valley.

``Of the 66, one died in a road mishap in Mecca. The rest due to old age and natural causes'' Mr. Zikrur Rehman, Counsellor, Indian Embassy, told PTI.
