Ready-to-eat biryanis
Kitchen of India, an ITC group company has launched four ready-to-eat biryanis.
The range includes Borhi biryani, Yahkhni pulao, Noormahal and Hyderabadi mutton biryani. Bohri biryani is delicately spiced chicken layered in Basmati rice and exotic dry fruits.
The Noormahal biryani is made with tender chicken and mince koftas. Yakhni pulao consists of succulent chicken pieces marinated in fresh creamy yoghurt.
The mutton biryani is made with mutton cooked in dum style with cinnamon flavoured Basmati rice. The range is priced Rs 80 upwards and is available at all major shopping outlets.
