This Durga Puja,  enjoy the bold flavours of Bengali cuisine at Quattro, located in The Leela Bhartiya City Bengaluru. In collaboration with Conosh, Chef Snigdha has crafted a menu that beautifully balances bold spices with sweet and sour notes.

Each recipe featured in this festival captures the traditional flavours of Bengali cuisine. Seasonal ingredients are used to bring the festive spread to life. You are sure to find classics such as Luchi with Alur Dom, Shorshe Ilish, Kodha Mangeshi, Basanti Pulao, Chingri Macher Malai Curry etc.

Not to forget Bengali sweets - Mishti Doi, Nolen Gurer Payesh and more will be served. Beyond the culinary delights, the festival offers a glimpse into the rich Bengali culture.

This four-day pop up is also set to feature uniquely crafted beverages.
