1.In a bowl, mix ponni rice, idli rice and urad dal , and soak for 4 hours.
2.Then grind the mix to fine consistency. Add jamun puree.
3.Keep the batter overnight at room temperature to ferment.
4.In the morning, pour into idli steamer and steam for 13 minutes.
5.Serve hot with chutney and sambar
