The Aam Aadmi Party’s problems appeared to mount on Thursday after rebel MLA Vinod Kumar Binny accused Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal of being a “dictator” while being in league with the Congress, particularly East Delhi MP Sandeep Dikshit.

Mr. Binny also accused the AAP government of ‘cheating’ the people of Delhi by reneging on its promises.

Mr. Binny’s attack on his leader and the government came less than 24 hours after Law Minister Somnath Bharti did not cover himself with glory by arguing with Delhi Police officials under full public and media glare late on Wednesday night.

Mr. Bharti allegedly tried to “force” the police officials to conduct a raid without warrant at a house, which he claimed was a hub of prostitution and drugs in his constituency, Malviya Nagar.
