Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha’s three-day national conclave ‘Maha Adhiveshan’ got off to a colourful start with cultural programmes at the Parade Grounds on Friday evening as delegates from all over the country started converging at the venue.

The youth wing of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) will get into more serious business of speeches and deliberations from Saturday morning when Union Minister Rajnath Singh will be inaugurating the conclave and also deliver the maiden speech in the presence of its national chief Poonam Mahajan.

Star speakers

Union Minister Nitin Gadkari, Assam Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal, Maharastra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and former BJYM president Anurag Thakur are among the star speakers at the meet, which is to discuss the policies and schemes of the NDA government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and taking the message to the doorsteps of the citizens across the country.

TS BJP leaders, including president K. Laxman, G. Kishan Reddy, national general secretary P. Muralidhar Rao and others, are also scheduled to address the gathering. Earlier in the day, Mr. Laxman and other senior leaders visited the venue and checked the arrangements.

On Sunday afternoon, national president Amit Shah will deliver the valedictory address which would be preceded by a bike rally taken out by the activists from different parts of the State.
