The Crime Branch holding a further probe into the actor assault case has served a notice to actor Kavya Madhavan, wife of actor Dileep, asking her to appear for interrogation at the Police Club in Aluva at 11 a.m. on Monday.
While seeking an extension to the complete the probe in the High Court, the investigation team among other things had cited the need to interrogate Ms. Madhavan.
Though she was previously contacted for the purpose, she had told the investigation team that she would be out of Kerala this week and that she was likely to return by Sunday.
