The Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, (IIM-K), in association with the Reserve Bank of India, Thiruvananthapuram, will host a seminar on the ‘Role of private remittances in the socio-economic scenario of Kerala’ here on June 25.
The seminar will be inaugurated by S.M.N. Swamy, Regional Director, Reserve Bank of India.
Confirmed speakers include C.R. Sasikumar, Managing Director, State Bank of Travancore; Irudaya Rajan, CDS Thiruvananthapuram; R.S. Kannan, CEO of NoRKA Roots, and V.K. Vijayakumar, retired Professor of Economics, Sree Krishna College, Guruvayur. Other eminent experts from Government, financial sector, RBI and IIM will also participate in the deliberations.
