The Sessions Court on Friday rejected the anticipatory bail application of Yug Tulli, co-owner of Mojo’s Bistro, in connection with the FIR filed by the N.M. Joshi Marg police against him over the fire at the Kamala Mills Compound.

Both the prosecution and defence had argued the matter on Thursday. The fire on December 29 allegedly broke out in Mojo’s Bistro and spread to the neighbouring 1Above pub, killing 14 patrons. The police arrested Mr. Tulli, Mojo’s co-owner Yug Pathak, owners of 1Above, and two managers at the pub.
