Special trains to clear Onam festival rush

The Railways will operate special trains in the Secunderabad – Kochuveli section and Nanded – Kochuveli section via Salem, Erode, Coimbatore to clear the extra rush during the Onam festival season.

The train No. 07115 Secunderabad – Kochuveli special train will leave Secunderabad at 4.25 p.m. on August 26 and will reach Kochuveli at 11 p.m. the next day.

The train No. 07116 Kochuveli – Secunderabad special train will leave Kochuveli at 10 p.m. on August 28 and will reach Secunderabad at 4.45 a.m. on August 30.

These trains will stop at Kazipet, Warangal, Khammam, Vijayawada, Tenali, Ongole, Nellore, Gudur, Renigunta, Katpadi, Jolarpettai, Salem, Erode, Tiruppur, Coimbatore, Palakkad, Ottapalam, Thrissur, Aluva, Ernakulam Town, Kottayam, Tiruvalla, Chengannur, Kayankulam, and Kollam.

The train No. 07505 Nanded – Kochuveli special will leave Nanded at 7.20 a.m. on August 26 and will arrive at Kochuveli at 5.45 p.m. the next day. Train No. 07504 Kochuveli – Nanded special will leave Kochuveli at 4 p.m. on August 29 and will reach Nanded at 5.15 a.m. on August 31.

These trains will stop at Mudkhed, Dharmabad, Nizamabad, Kamareddy, Blarum, Malkajgiri, Kacheguda, Jedcherla, Mahbubnagar, Wanaparti Road, Gadwal, Kurnool city, Dhone, Gooty, Tadipatri, Muddanoor, Yerraguntla, Cuddapah, Nandalur, Rajampeta, Kodur, Renigunta, Katpadi, Jolarpettai, Salem, Erode, Tirupur, Coimbatore, Palakkad, Ottapalam, Thrissur, Aluva, Ernakulam Town, Kottayam, Tiruvalla, Chengannur, Kayankulam and Kollam. The advance reservation for these trains commences on August 14, a press release said.
