Hearing on the petition seeking filing of criminal cases against policemen, who had participated in the encounter of top Maoist Cherukuri Rajkumar alias Azad and journalist Hemchandra Pandey, in Adilabad Munsif Court has been adjourned to February 13.
The petition was filed by K. Padma and Babita Pandey, wives of Azad and Hemchandra and came up for hearing on Monday.
