Pay TSSPDCL power bills in any ERO

The consumers of Southern Power Distribution Company of Telangana Ltd (TSSPDCL) can pay their monthly electricity bills in any of the electricity revenue offices (EROs) henceforth across 14 districts covered by the power utility.

Having its headquarters at Hyderabad, TSSPDCL supplies power about 8.5 million consumers in different categories in Mahabubnagar, Nalgonda, Yadadri-Bhuvanagiri, Suryapet, Siddipet, Medchal-Malkajgiri, Wanaparthy, Nagarkurnool, Jogulamba-Gadwal, Sangareddy, Medak, Hyderabad, Vikarabad and Rangareddy districts.

According to Chairman and Managing Director of TSSPDCL G. Raghuma Reddy, the facility to pay electricity bills in any ERO in 14 districts has been been introduced in order to enhance consumer satisfaction levels and for better convenience in payment of bills. The consumers would be required only to tell their nine-digit unique service connection number (USC No.) for payment of electricity bill in any of the 71 EROs across 14 districts. The other modes of bill payment would also continue to be available to the consumers such as T-Wallet, BillDesk, PayTM and TA Wallet and also through net banking, credit/debit cards and UPI available on TSSPDCL website.
